TWO men in their 20’s have been arrested in Victoria Park, Malvern after a foot chase through Malvern Link.
Officers were already in the area conducting a search for two men matching their description after a report of suspicious activity was called in by a member of the public shortly before they were spotted by the officers.
On seeing Police, one of the men ran off in the direction of Victoria Park, down side roads away from the Worcester Road.
An officer chased the man and caught up with him at the side of Victoria park.
Officers then caught the second male less than 100 yards away in the same park.
Both men were detained for the purpose of a stop search before both being arrested for possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
The two men are currently in custody and being dealt with by CID officers.
