A PAW-SOME charity dog walk returns to Malvern this weekend for Blood Cancer Awareness Month.
Leukaemia Care, a national blood cancer charity based in Worcester, is inviting man’s best friend and their owners to a dog walk on the Malvern Hills on Saturday.
The walk starts at 12pm at the Link Common on Worcester Road, with the shorter course finishing at The Nags Head while the longer route finishes at St Ann’s Well.
Before the walk dog owners can enter their furry friend into a range of competitions for the chance to win a number of prizes such as gift vouchers, dog toys and cases of wine.
Attendees are encouraged to make themselves and their dogs spotty in aid of the charity’s Blood Cancer Awareness Month campaign, Spot Leukaemia, to raise awareness of the symptoms of the disease.
