A DRIVER caught using their mobile phone in Tenbury Wells was stopped by police and found to be in breach of further serious motoring regulations.
West Mercia Police’s Operational Patrol Unit stopped the vehicle and conducted further checks to find the motorist without a license, MOT, tax or insurance.
The vehicle (pictured) also had a bald tyre and other construction and use offences.
The car was seized and the driver was issued with a traffic offence report for all of the offences.
