A DRIVER was taken to hospital yesterday after his car crashed into a telegraph pole in Malvern.
It happened around 1pm in Pickersleigh Avenue.
West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedics assessed the man at the scene before taking him to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital as a precaution.
Two fire crews from Malvern attended to make the car and scene safe and the police also attended.
The road was closed for several hours while debris was cleared and the vehicle was recovered.
