AN E-SCOOTER has been seized in Malvern after the rider attempted to evade police.
Malvern police officers riding bikes caught up to the rider who was travelling on roads around Elgar Avenue.
The rider could not provide proof of insurance and the vehicle was seized.
Police have said the scooter ‘will likely be destroyed’.
