Fire crew uses Argocat to rescue walker with suspected broken ankle from the Malvern Hills

A WALKER who suffered a suspected broken ankle was rescued from the Malvern Hills yesterday by firefighters.

A crew from Malvern Fire Station attended the incident near the Worcestershire Beacon around 4.15pm.

Crews transported the person down the hillside in Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service’s Argocat four-wheel drive vehicle.

They were then attended to by paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service.
