A NEW countywide online landlords’ forum will offer advice to owners of rental properties to help them understand the latest changes to regulations due to Covid-19.
The free event is open to all landlords and letting agents in the county and is being held on Tuesday 8 June at 2pm.
It is being organised by the six district councils along with the National Residential Landlords’ Association and will offer expert advice on the options open to landlords so they can get the best outcomes for both them and their tenants.
Coun Natalie McVey, Portfolio Holder for Housing and Health at Malvern Hills District Council, said: “There have been many changes in regulations in the rental sector over the past year as a result of the pandemic.
“The Landlords’ Forum event is a great opportunity for landlords and letting agents to learn about the changes and receive expert insights into a number of different topics, all for free.”
