Great Malvern Farmers' Market back this weekend in new indoor setting amidst stormy weather

THERE will be plenty of fresh local produce on offer when the Great Malvern Farmers’ Market returns this Saturday, February 19.

Stall holders will be at the Lyttleton Rooms on Church Street, Lyttleton Rooms, from 9am to 2pm.

Among the items on offer will be fruit, vegetables, salads, breads, cheeses, meats and a range of tasty goods.

Traders will include Peter Cooks (bread), Styans (fruit and veg), Lightwood (cheese), Rourkes (pies), Yum Sweet Treats (cakes and fudge), The Pudding Shop (steamed puddings), Case for Cooking (spices and cooking sauces) and many more.

Coun Daniel Walton, Portfolio Holder for Tourism and Economic Development at Malvern Hills District Council, said: “It is great to see the market returning this weekend for residents and visitors to enjoy.

“The temporary indoor venue will also allow traders to continue to share their produce even if the weather conditions are poor.”
