HANLEY Road in Upton is back open to traffic after it was closed on flooding grounds.
Large amounts of water forced Highways bosses at Worcestershire County to close the road on Sunday afternoon (January 3).
But the authority announced the road would re-open at 4.15pm today (Wednesday).
