THE MALVERN Joggers handed over a cheque for £500 to a town community resuscitation scheme run by volunteers.
The money raised for Heartstart Malvern came from numerous fund-raising events held by the Joggers.
Richard Vakis-Lowe, chairman of Heartstart Malvern, collected the donation.
Heartstart Malvern aims to increase the chances of surviving an out of hospital cardiac arrest in town and surrounding villages.
They will achieve this by providing free resuscitation training which will include defibrillator awareness as well as fund-raising to provide the life-saving equipment for the public to use.
