THE MAJORITY of car parks on the Malvern Hills are now open following heavy snow fall over the weekend.
Compacted snow and ice and cold overnight temperatures meant the conditions have been slow to improve on many of the Malvern Hills Trust’s, formerly the Conservators, car parks around the Hills and Commons.
Many of the car parks are now open.
However, the trust is advising people to take extra care when visiting as some icy patches remain.
Some of the paths on the hills are still icy so visitors have been advised to take extra care if heading out.
West of England and Earnslaw Quarry car parks remain closed due to icy conditions.
