A MALVERN company is expanding, bringing 38 new jobs.
Melton Group has part-time, full-time and term-time roles in Worcestershire and the Three Counties as part of its growth programme.
The specialists in infection prevention and control have a range of new cleaning roles including cleaning operatives, team leaders and area supervisors across the region, in schools and the healthcare sector.
The firm is bucking the trend by recruiting at a time when the UK is predicted to go into recession for the first time in 11 years.
Melanie Baker, Melton Group founder and managing director, said: “The demand for our knowledge in infection prevention and control since the pandemic hit in March, has increased exponentially.”
She said the 38 new cleaning roles will help the firm fulfil its mission to create and maintain healthy environments.

The Melton Group was established in 2018 and have grown from strength to strength in 2020.
