A MALVERN woman has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which bans her from every Marks and Spencer and Co-op in England and Wales after thefts from several shops and a history of anti-social behaviour.

The order for Susan Smith, aged 26, of Geraldine Road, was given at Kidderminster Magistrates Court after police applied for it on the back of the convictions which she received a four-month, two-week prison sentence for.

She appeared via video link as proceedings took place.

Under the CBO she will be banned from shouting, swearing and being verbally abusive to others, behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner towards people and associating in any public place with a specifically named individual.

She is also unable to enter the Lowesmoor area of Worcester and must attend an appointment in the Faithful City with regards to her misuse of alcohol.

Any breach of the order could see her arrested.
