A MAN has been taken to hospital after a crash in Kempsey in the early hours of this morning.
The single-vehicle collision involved a blue Volkswagen Golf GTI and happened at 3.30am on the A38.
The road was closed between Napleton Lane and Church Street for several hours while the emergency services dealt with the incident.
A man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for treatment, where his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police have appealed to anyone who saw the incident or captured it on dash-cam / CCTV footage to call officers on 101 or report it on the West Mercia Police website here.
