A MAN from Hereford who is wanted on warrant was last seen in Malvern.
Joel Morris, 33, is of mixed race, around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build with short dark hair.
He was wearing light-coloured clothing and a grey gilet.
Anyone who sees Joel Morris or has information on his whereabouts should call police on 101 immediately.
