Spooky activities on offer at Tenbury Wells Library this half-term

Malvern Editorial 23rd Oct, 2021   0

SUITABLY spooky activities will be taking place at Tenbury Wells Library at 10am on Monday, October 25, as it is half-term and in the run up to Halloween.

Monster Mania Story Time, involving stories, mask making and colouring, will be among the activities on offer.

A library spokesperson said: ” We would love for you to come along and join in coloring and craft while listening to two monster stories.”

They urged people to book, if possible, by calling Tenbury Library on 01905 822722 or sending a direct message through the Facebook page here.

Worcestershire County Councillor Matt Dormer said: ”Our libraries are once again opening their doors with lots of activities to keep children entertained during the half term break.

“We know how much our customers missed being able to take advantage of library activities during the pandemic, so I would encourage anyone looking for something creative to do this half term, to see what your local library is offering.”

Families can also find spooky stories in the free e-book service Borrowbox and the latest Halloween editions of children’s magazines like National Geographic Kids, Little Kids MiniMag and Storytime.

Visit worcestershire.gov.uk/libraries for more on what is taking place at the county’s libraries.
